EmpaKore’s HR Advisory service supports leaders and HR professionals in managing sensitive workplace conflicts, escalated interpersonal situations, and organizational challenges.
We focus on resolution through empathy, structure, and guided facilitation.

Advisory Areas:

• Coaching for difficult employee conversations

• Mediation and conflict resolution strategies

• Grievance management and workplace restoration

• Case-based conflict management for escalated situations, including:

  • Understanding individual, team, and leadership issues

  • Conducting individual and group sessions to rebuild relationships

• Full-Day (8 hours)
